Stewart Systems chips its way through B.C.’s forest industry

At 53 years old, Rob Stewart would tell you his career has been a grind.
Stewart is the owner of Stewart Systems Inc., a mobile chipping and grinding company in B.C. that goes into cut blocks and makes use of what would otherwise be waste wood, turning it into pulp-quality chips, hog fuel or bark mulch while leaving enough debris for the soil to remain healthy.
